Whitsunday Regional Libraries is conducting a survey over the next few months to evaluate
customer satisfaction of the library services.
Whitsunday Regional Council Mayor Jenny Whitney said the survey will give members of the
community the opportunity to have their say on their library and to contribute to furtherimprovements to their library service.
“This is a great opportunity for library users to provide feedback to Council on the services
available at the libraries, the opening hours and staff,” she said.
“The information collected from the survey will be confidential and used to inform the futuredirection and services at Whitsunday Regional Libraries.
“We are keen to hear your views on the library services so please take a few minutes to fill out the survey,” she said.

Cannonvale and Proserpine. Alternatively, a PDF of the survey can be downloaded from theCouncil website.
The survey will run until the 14th March 2015 and completed hard-copy surveys can be returned to your nearest library branch.
