Whitsunday Regional Libraries will provide an exciting range of free activities for children during the September school holiday period.
Mayor Andrew Willcox said the regional libraries are providing a range of fun and interactive activities for local kids to enjoy.
“These free activities will allow the kids to use their creativity to make and take home decorations, gifts and goodies,” Mayor Willcox said.
“We also have a range of themed Story Time sessions for the younger children to enjoy.”
“The library is a safe and educational environment and is a good option for keeping your children entertained during their holidays.”
Places are limited for most activities, and age limits may apply. Not all activities will be available at all centres.
Parents are also reminded that children under 8 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult when visiting the libraries.
Please check with your local branch library for further information or to make a booking.
