Present your notice at any Australia Post Office. A barcode is displayed on the bottom portion of your notice. Please allow 24 hours for delivery of your payment.

You will find a POSTbillpay Billpay Code and reference number at the bottom left hand side of your notice. You will need to enter/provide these numbers when making payment.

By Mail Post your cheque or money order with the payment slip to PO Box 104, Proserpine Qld 4800. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.
Make a payment with Eftpos, cash or cheque at any of Whitsunday Regional Council's Customer Service Centres at Bowen, Collinsville or Proserpine.
To ease the burden of your rate payments, you can set up a Direct Debit payment where Council will process an automatic deduction from your nominated bank account on any Friday – weekly, fortnightly or monthly, for any amount you decide upon.
The credit you accumulate will be applied to your rate account and appear on your next annual rate notice and water consumption account.

Please note if you have an existing Direct Debit in place for the rates, this will continue unless the Council is advised otherwise.
Prepayment of Rates
Property owners wishing to prepay their rates are encouraged to do so by Council, who will accept advanced payments or part payments at any time. The half yearly rate notice will reflect the balance owing at the time of issue.
